This morning I juiced my daily 16 oz of Celery juice to help build HCL in my stomach and aid in digestion. I’ve been doing this most days for almost a year. It has really improved my health. It is detoxing to the liver and kidneys and has rid my body of pain and inflammation.
I finished up juicing my celery juice and noticed 2 lonely abandoned grapefruits on the kitchen counter across the room. I picked them up and they were a bit soft. I decided to juice them as well. I put them in a jar for later.
A couple of hours later I went to make my morning smoothie and remembered the grapefruit. I decided to use a bit of that today instead of water.
Today’s recipe is inspired by grapefruit!!
A handful of Greens (today I used a mix of spinach and kale from Costco)
2/3 cup of grapefruit
1 very large banana
1/2 cup frozen peaches
Blend grapefruit, banana, and greens very well. Add frozen peaches. Pour into glass and drink. ……………..ah, delicious!
